It depends on the size of the space, how much needs to be removed, and whether hazardous materials are involved. Every job starts with a free estimate so you know the price before work begins, and first-time customers get $25 off.

Do you handle hoarding situations discreetly?

Always. We arrive in unmarked work clothes when asked, keep the details private, and work at a pace the family is comfortable with. Items you want to keep are set aside, not thrown out.

What do you do with everything you remove?

We load and haul it away. Where possible, usable items are separated for donation and recyclables are separated from general waste. Hazardous waste is bagged and handled separately from everything else.

Do you work with landlords, banks, and property managers?

Yes. Post-tenant cleanouts, foreclosure cleanouts, and turnover cleaning are a big part of our work. We can coordinate access, send photos of the finished property, and work around closing or listing dates.
